YOUR CHART IDEAS

SamCoder Script

Create chart indicators on this device.

Scripts run in your browser, in a separate background worker. SAM, Pine and MQL support is limited to the features currently implemented; unsupported syntax is reported. MQL imports are approximate indicator translations, not native MetaTrader execution. Calculations use up to the most recent 5,000 loaded candles and may differ from indicators using more history. No orders or trading actions are supported.

Examples and compatibility

SAM / Pine v5 or v6: use indicator("EMA", overlay=true) followed by plot(ta.ema(close,20)). For a separate indicator pane, use overlay=false.

MQL4: iMA(NULL,0,20,0,MODE_EMA,PRICE_CLOSE,0)

MQL5: CopyBuffer(iMA(_Symbol,PERIOD_CURRENT,20,0,MODE_EMA,PRICE_CLOSE),0,0,rates_total,Buffer)

One-buffer SMA/EMA MQL indicator templates can also be imported. Other full MQL files may not be supported. MQL results are approximate translations and can differ from MetaTrader.

Chart guide & data notes

Drawing: choose a tool, then tap its points. Each tool draws once; select it again for another drawing. Drag to use Brush or Highlighter. Finish a Path with Enter, a double-click or the checkmark. Esc cancels. Select a drawing to move it, change its style or lock it. The magnet snaps points to candle prices. Forecast and ghost-feed drawings are your own illustrations.

Chart controls: right-click, or tap •••, for chart actions. The small button above the clock opens price-scale options and More settings. Click the clock to change the time zone. Use the camera button to save a chart image.

Indicators: add up to six lower panels. Each has settings, hide and remove buttons. Drag a panel border to resize it, or focus the border and use the arrow keys. Scroll inside the chart to reach additional panels. Your drawings and preferences are saved in this browser.

Replay: choose a starting candle, then play or step through price history. Space plays or pauses; Left / Right moves one candle and Up / Down changes speed. Drag the grip to move the small controller; Shift + arrows moves a focused grip. Expand it for dates and the progress slider. Live returns to the current market. Only revealed candles are used for replay analysis.

SMC & Concepts: turn on the patterns you want to explore. Swing detail changes the size of swings used; Look back sets the number of recent candles. Developing patterns uses confirmed swings to show partial structures, not complete setups. Show match brings a detected pattern into view. Full matches must meet the pattern rules, but remain possible interpretations rather than guaranteed outcomes. Patterns may change as new candles arrive; projected paths are scenarios, not predictions.

Order flow: Executed trades shows available trade data. Candle estimate is an approximation, not actual buy / sell volume. An asterisk marks incomplete footprint coverage. Trade bubbles and trade profiles use recorded recent trades. Forex tick volume counts quote activity. Absorption and exhaustion highlight possible flow patterns, not proof of hidden orders.

Liquidity: the heatmap and DOM profile show current resting orders. They hide in replay, over older candles or when the book is stale. The available book may cover only part of the market; broker depth represents that broker. Orders can change or cancel.

Profiles: TPO shows candle-range visits as time cells or a histogram. It does not measure executed volume, and larger candles provide less detail. POC marks the most active price row; value area marks the chosen share of activity. Range volume uses available trades for crypto and a labelled estimate for Forex.

History & time: scroll left to load older candles. Available history varies by market, with up to 12,000 candles in the current chart. Broker time-zone conversion uses the selected or current offset; older daylight-saving offsets may differ. Check the latest update time if prices stop moving.
